About Valentin
Valentin qualified with a Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) from London South Bank University.
Before becoming a chiropractor, Valentin trained and worked as a registered nurse. His previous healthcare experience, together with his interest in musculoskeletal health, led him to pursue a career in chiropractic.
Valentin has a particular interest in posture, ergonomics and rehabilitation. He enjoys helping patients understand how movement, work, everyday activities and lifestyle may be contributing to their symptoms and what they can do to improve their function.
Approach to patient care
Valentin describes his approach to patient care simply as “Listen. Treat. Educate.”
He believes that understanding the individual patient is an important part of good care. He takes time to listen to how a problem is affecting someone, assess what may be contributing to their symptoms and explain his findings clearly.
Depending on the individual and their condition, care may combine hands-on chiropractic treatment with appropriate advice, exercise and rehabilitation. Valentin also considers factors such as posture, ergonomics, movement and everyday habits where they may be relevant.
His aim is not only to help patients improve movement and function, but also to give them a better understanding of their problem and practical ways to support their progress outside the clinic.

His interest in ergonomics extends beyond simply looking at someone’s sitting position. Where appropriate, Valentin considers how work, repetitive activities, movement habits and the physical demands of everyday life may relate to a patient’s symptoms.
