About Monika
Monika is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, with more than a decade of clinical experience across the United Kingdom, South Africa and India.
Her experience spans musculoskeletal outpatient care, rehabilitation, neurological conditions, mobility restoration and a broad range of functional problems.
Monika combines comprehensive assessment and clinical reasoning with hands-on physiotherapy, movement, exercise rehabilitation and patient education. Her focus is on helping patients understand their condition, regain confidence in movement and work towards meaningful and sustainable functional goals.

Monika has a particular interest in the assessment and rehabilitation of:

Monika’s approach to care

By working collaboratively with patients, Monika aims to improve movement and function, build physical confidence and support a sustainable return to everyday activities, work and exercise.
Clinical experience
Monika currently practises in the United Kingdom, providing musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation in clinic and community settings.
Her previous clinical experience across South Africa and India includes orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric, cardiorespiratory and post-operative rehabilitation.
Working across different healthcare environments has helped Monika develop a broad clinical perspective, multidisciplinary working skills and an adaptable, patient-centred approach to rehabilitation.
