upon us! This is often a time to get rid of thewinter blues and give

Cleaning might not be your favourite activity but it is a job that has to get done. It is not an activity that is easy on our body. Having to reach up, bend down and often twist repetitively in order to get the job done can frequently cause pain and injury.

lost in the task of cleaning and for some it is more therapeutic than
for others. However, a short ten minute break gives your muscles and
joints a breather so that when you start again you are energised again.
Don’t do everything in one day! It’s ok to clean half your windows on
one day and the rest two days later. Your body will thank you for it!
